Lucas works on zoning, land use, and development matters in New York City.

Before joining the firm, Lucas served as assistant law clerk to the Honorable Alexander M. Tisch at the Supreme Court, Civil Branch, New York County. Lucas has also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y.

Lucas earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his Master of Public Administration from New York University in 2019, where he contributed as a staff writer for The Wagner Review. Lucas graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in sustainability and the built environment from the University of Florida in 2016.
