Hannah focuses her practice on insurance coverage and complex litigation, with experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith matters, litigating declaratory judgment actions, and resolving complex first- and third-party coverage disputes. She also develops effective coverage strategies, advising national insurance carriers on coverage analysis, reservations of rights, duty-to-defend issues, risk transfer evaluation, and the pre-suit resolution of complex personal injury and property damage claims. At the beginning of her legal career, Hannah defended physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other medical professionals against malpractice claims.
Hannah earned her J.D. in 2021 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was on the Editorial and Managing Boards of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
