Kyle concentrates his practice on subrogation matters, representing clients in complex commercial and residential property damage from post-loss investigation through ultimate resolution through litigation, mediation, and arbitration.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Kyle was an associate in the subrogation department of a full-service law firm headquartered in Philadelphia for five years. There, he maintained a high-volume practice involving property damage cases arising out of fires, water losses, explosions, construction defects, cyber losses, and product liability cases. 

Kyle earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
