Victoria represents corporations and employers in business, complex commercial, products liability, and healthcare disputes across the United States. A significant portion of Victoria’s practice is devoted to defending and advising healthcare providers in patient care litigation, fraud investigations, crisis management, risk management, internal investigations, employer liability matters, and regulatory compliance disputes. She draws upon her clinical experience as a nurse to successfully advise and defend health systems and long-term care facilities. Victoria is experienced in all facets of litigation and additionally serves as outside general counsel for two healthcare corporations that operate senior living communities throughout the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked as a registered nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on the surgical/trauma unit.

Victoria earned her nursing degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was staff editor of the Temple Law Review volume 89, and symposium editor and note/comment editor of the Temple Law Review volume 90.
