Joshua concentrates his practice on business litigation, with experience handling Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court and District of Delaware matters. In addition to his litigation work, Joshua previously worked in real estate and finance matters concerning large loans, CLOs, and securitization.
During law school, Joshua worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Administrative Litigation. He also interned for Judge Timothy Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and in the U.S. Senate Judiciary.
Joshua earned his J.D. from George Washington Law School in 2022 and his MBA from George Washington University School of Business in the same year. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2015.
