Eric focuses his practice on insurance and handles a variety of insurance coverage matters. His experience includes first-party coverage, third-party coverage, additional insured issues, bad faith, and priority of coverage disputes.
After law school, Eric gained additional experience clerking for the Honorable Carmen Messano, Chief Judge of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Eric earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2020, where he was an executive editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Federal Tax Law Clinic, Tax Law Society, and Society for Corporate Law & Governance. He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Catholic Studies.
