Jack is experienced navigating family law litigation and, when appropriate, alternative dispute resolution processes to assist clients with parenting disputes, support issues, the division of property, trust claims, and the negotiation and preparation of family law agreements. He has also advised clients on international child abduction matters, children’s capacity and disclosure issues, and family law-related risks for corporate stakeholders. A proactive communicator, Jack has routinely advocated for his clients' rights in family courts and in front of mediators and arbitrators.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Jack practiced family law at a large firm in Canada’s National Capital Region. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa. During law school, he worked at the university's legal clinic, providing pro bono family law services to the local community.
