Emma focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.

She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew M. D’Angelo of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, assisting with both civil and criminal matters, and to the Honorable Presiding Justice Alice B. Gibney of the Rhode Island Superior Court, where she assisted with asbestos litigation matters. While clerking for Presiding Justice Gibney, Emma also assisted Superior Court justices on cases involving zoning appeals, postconviction relief, land use, contract disputes, personal injury, declaratory judgment, and evidentiary issues.

During law school, Emma gained additional experience as a legal intern with the Defensive Litigation Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division, a judicial intern to the Honorable Serge Georges, Jr. of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a summer fellow with a Boston employment and tax law attorney. She also held roles as a legal intern and administrative assistant at two full-service firms in New Jersey.

Emma earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2023, where she served as an associate and editor of the New England Law Review. She received the New England Scholar Award as well as CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. She graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science.
