Jeffrey Stiles

Associate

Jeffrey concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. He returns to the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His experience extends to the formation, operation, and disputes associated with private foundations and other nonprofit entities. Jeffrey participated in the Cozen O'Connor summer associate program for two summers.

Jeffrey earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Karsh-Dillard Scholar and was named a Ritter Scholar for exemplifying “honor, character and integrity.” He was a member of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in international relations and Chinese studies from Messiah College.

Before law school, Jeffrey served in the Peace Corps in Western Samoa, where he conducted literacy intervention classes for at-risk elementary students. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks some Chinese and Samoan.
