Alexander provides comprehensive counsel on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. He also advises executors and trustees on complex estate and trust administration. His practice focuses on estates, trusts, and fiduciary and capacity-related proceedings, and he has successfully represented individuals, institutions, and charitable organizations in a wide range of matters — including will challenges, will interpretations, will variations, dependant support applications, passing of accounts, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Alexander is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the Law Society of Ontario.
