Seth focuses his practice on private client services, trusts, and estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Seth gained experience at an Am Law top five firm, drafting estate planning documents for high net worth individuals, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts such as spousal lifetime access trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and qualified terminable interest property trusts, as well as powers of attorney.
He also has experience reviewing existing estate plans to identify and implement more tax-efficient strategies and has led thought-leadership initiatives on developments in the trusts and estates field. Before attending law school, Seth worked at a Big Four accounting firm as an audit associate.
Seth earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Muhlenberg College, where he studied accounting.
