MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 21, 2025 — Christopher Bellini, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Private Equity Practice Group and co-chair of the Capital Markets & Securities Practice Group, has been named a 2025 Notable Partner in Law by Twin Cities Business magazine.

Individuals selected for this distinction must demonstrate a capacity to effect meaningful change in their roles or practice areas. Bellini is recognized alongside only 14 other Minnesota attorneys for his sharp problem-solving skills, flair for mentorship, and awareness of the people behind the matters. Twin Cities Business magazine notes that honorees of this award produce “transformative results”  with “integrity and grace” in the legal field.

At Cozen O’Connor, Bellini’s mergers and acquisitions practice focuses on representing strategic and private equity buyers and sellers in both public and private acquisitions and divestitures. He also advises boards of directors of public companies on fiduciary duties in the context of change-of-control transactions. In securities law, he has represented issuers and underwriters in SEC-registered public offerings, debt financings, and private placements, and has counseled clients on securities compliance and corporate governance matters. At the beginning of 2025, Bellini was named co-vice office managing partner of the firm’s Minneapolis office.
