Todd is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate lending. Todd represents financial institutions in negotiating, structuring, documenting, and closing complex transactions involving multiple-property, multiple-jurisdiction portfolio loans, and leasehold financing transactions.
His experience encompasses a range of property types, including multifamily residences, hotels, office buildings, industrial spaces, retail establishments, medical office buildings, medical facilities, golf courses, marinas, and commercial condominiums.
To facilitate the successful closure of transactions, Todd leverages his vast network of industry contacts, which includes mortgage bankers, title companies, property owners, and legal counsel across the United States. This network not only enhances his ability to close deals efficiently but also provides valuable insights into market trends and opportunities.
Todd joined the firm as a member of the real estate practice from Moss & Barnett in 2026. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he served as a member of the Hamline Law Review. Prior to this, he obtained a B.S. in natural resources from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
