Katie focuses her practice on representing utility service providers in regulatory proceedings before local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.
Katie joined Cozen O'Connor in 2026 along with the highly regarded utilities group from Moss & Barnett. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, Katie was a regulatory affairs intern with a Minneapolis-based energy company and a legal extern with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.
Prior to entering the legal field, Katie was a geologist for the state geological survey, developing maps and models to support the management of Minnesota’s land, water, and mineral resources. She holds a master's degree in geology from Idaho State University and a bachelor’s degree in geology from Earlham College.
