Kelli focuses her practice on employment-based and family-based immigration, with a particular emphasis on guiding employers through strategic immigration planning for their employees pursuing temporary and permanent residence. She also counsels clients on I-9 and hiring compliance, helping them navigate the complexities of workforce immigration regulations.
Kelli brings over a decade of experience in immigration law, as an attorney, senior law clerk, and paralegal. She works with clients from a wide variety of industries—including technology, engineering, manufacturing, education, government, and utilities—providing tailored immigration solutions that align with each sector’s unique workforce needs. Her background as a seasoned immigration paralegal has equipped her with deep experience managing high-volume, complex cases for both corporate and individual clients. She has prepared and filed a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
Kelli earned her J.D., cum laude, from Delaware Law School, where she received the George B. Lindsay Foundation Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. She also holds a B.S. in Legal Studies and an M.S. in Forensic Studies with a concentration in Fraud Investigation from Stevenson University.
An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Kelli frequently speaks on immigration topics and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She teaches an undergraduate course in immigration law and is committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.
Outside of her legal practice, Kelli is a mother of three, a dedicated troop leader and volunteer with the Girl Scouts of the USA, and an active member of the firm’s Women’s Initiative.
