Kristi focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters. She represents developers, individuals, and entities in matters related to all aspects of land acquisition, development, construction, and financing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, options, easements, restrictive covenants, commercial leases, operating easement agreements, development agreements, and financing documentation.
She joined the firm along with her colleagues from Moss & Barnett in 2026. Prior to Moss & Barnett, Kristi practiced as a partner and senior counsel at other prominent law firms in the Minneapolis area. She earned her J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A. from the College of Saint Benedict.
