Noah is a well-rounded associate who focuses his practice on corporate law matters.

After joining the firm as a summer associate in 2024, Noah expanded his experience through legal externships with both a leading mattress manufacturer and a global athletic apparel company. In these roles, he advised on securities and corporate governance matters, as well as intellectual property and brand protection issues under U.S. and Canadian law.

Noah recently earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota with distinction in 2022.
