Bryant is an experienced litigator concentrating on partnership and shareholder litigation, securities litigation and SEC enforcement, class action defense, financial services, creditors' rights, consumer litigation, and Native American Indian law and tribal governance. He brings more than two decades of high-stakes trial and appellate courtroom experience in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest.

Bryant is actively involved with the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a former co-chair and council member of the MSBA’s Consumer Litigation Section. He also frequently teaches continuing legal education courses. Bryant earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was a member of the law review. He earned his B.A. from the University of South Dakota.
