Talia is an employment counselor and litigator who helps guide clients on all aspects of the employment lifecycle. Talia regularly advises clients on federal, state, and local employment laws and helps them navigate workplace challenges in a practical, business-focused manner.
Her experience includes counseling and representing employers through discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual harassment claims, as well as whistleblower, trade secret and restrictive covenant, wage-and-hour compliance, and traditional labor matters. Talia also advises on and conducts workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct.
Talia regularly advises clients on potential compliance issues regarding workplace policies and procedures, including drafting and negotiating employee handbooks, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants, as well as on the employment aspects of due diligence for complex transactions.
Talia maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting nonprofit clients with employment issues. While earning her J.D., Talia served as a student attorney in the Boston College Compassionate Release and Parole clinic, as president of the Law Students Association, and was recognized as a Public Interest Designation Fellow for her pro bono excellence.
